The Ocean Centre Hotel’s 2 conference rooms of varying sizes have the flexibility to cater for all manners of business functions.  All conference rooms offer natural light, modern furnishings and up to date technology.

Our versatile conference facilities provide you with venue options suitable for everything from small 8 person meetings to cocktail receptions for 50 guests.

*Please note: Cocktail Parties are best suited to The Harbour Room and include the use of the adjoining Board Room which overlooks Champion Bay. Conference room charge includes the use of a white board and markers. A lecturn is also available on request at no charge.

The Harbour Room

The Harbour Room has the flexibility to cover a wide range of events from cocktail functions, conferences and product launches with a capacity of 50 people. Full range of AV options available including data projector, fixed projector screen, TV, PA and high speed wi-fi.  The boardroom is available to be used in conjunction with this room.

The Board Room

  • Space Capacity Up to 10 people
  • Size of Space 37m2

Positioned on level 3 with commanding views of Geraldton Foreshore and Champion Bay the room will certainly impress your guests with its wow factor. With a maximum capacity of 10 people this room is suited to small meetings. Enjoy the executive chairs, air-conditioned comfort and direct external access.
